The IRS rejected because Superior REFUSED to file the Federal Clean Vehicle report. I received the $&%)) from GM - that is unrelated to the Federal program. Another dealership another lousy experience. We live near Pryor OK. so we called at 8:30 am to confirm the vehicle want was there and ready to deal. We drove the 54 miles to get there at 9:30 am. The salesman and my brother got in the vehicle for a test drive with the salesman getting in the front seat. No place for me except a cramped back seat, so no go for me. Beware if you decide to buy here they really good at the reel in but terrible at making it worth your buy. My experience was horrible they are not willing to fix their mistakes and it’s costing me $1,984.86 all for a contract that did not include taxes and licensing fees. Huge problem for me I bought a truck I am going to struggle to drive and properly tag.
Very disappointed in them. Gave them my bank loan paperwork. They said ok no problem with it. Came back had me sign paperwork they said was bank loan but they changed it to financing through them. Liars
I have been coming to this dealership for many years. The reason being is they have the best customer service ! Miguel my service adviser is always on top of his game. He guides me with good solid information to keep my vehicle running in tip top shape. Sometimes things I don't want to hear but things that need to be addressed. And I appreciate that, after all I do manage to average 60,000 miles per year. So yes I absolutely need his professional guidance.
One of the worst experiences ever. Signed papers on April1, 2022 and am still waiting in getting all the needed paperwork for tags. Finance guy is a shister, who talks in circles and blames things on the title department. Suggested I ask the tag agency if they “could do me a favor” and let me have the tag even through the dealership is 90+ days out for getting all lien releases needed. Will never do business here again. The only upside was the salesman was a nice guy who works with crappy team members. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
Terrible people bought a car had it two months won’t stand behind their word. Worst place ever! Salesman by the name of rich lied to us and we’re stuck with junk, filed a complaint with Leslie Rutledge for consumer complaints

After being there an hour the sales manager gives us a price $10,000.00 over sticker price on a Tahoe because there inventory was low. They did this with a straight face. the poor salesman didn’t even come back in. It wasted his time too. If they are gonna try to sale it that high that’s fine but they should have told us that when we got there.

Seeing I sold my vehicle, I explained I was a cash buyer and going to drive 2.5 hours to purchase this truck. Oil Change. We dropped our truck off. They called us with an issue. We picked it up later ready to go with repair and oil changed

Multiple associates lied to myself and my family , with held Infor.. From us , withdrew their price of vehicle we were trying to buy and raised the price while stating they had the right to do so, along with saying the offer was good for that day only but not telling us this and stating they didn't have to tell us!! Refused to allow us to speak with manager when we requested to do so!! These people are dishonest, very sneaky! Do not buy here!!!

Went in to test drive and I to buy a suburban. Walked in and no one said hello nor did anyone make eye contact. Several staff were visiting with each other so it wasn't that they were too busy. After we stood for a long time we left. Terrible service - wanted to support business in Siloam - We will make our purchase elsewhere.

I took my Envoy Denali in to have an oil pan gasket repaired. This repair requires the disassembly of the front end. I paid almost 2K for this repair. The day after I received my car back as I was driving I suddenly lost all control of the steering and braking system. The car jerked to the right and off into the ditch.
